Terms of Service

Nameak generates business name ideas, checks domain registration records with domain registries, and links to official trademark search tools. You can try it once without an account; regular use requires a free account.

• Free accounts receive 100 credits each day. Daily credits reset at midnight America/Chicago time, are spent before paid credits, and do not carry over.
• A search costs 10 credits. A domain check costs 2 credits when the domain is reported as registered and nothing otherwise.
• Credits from Nameak Pro billing cycles and from credit packs do not expire and remain available if you cancel Nameak Pro. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• We may correct credit balances affected by errors, abuse or reversed payments, with a record in your credit history.

Nameak Pro costs $5 per month and adds 500 credits for each paid billing period. Online payment is not available yet: purchase requests are reviewed by the Nameak team, and credits are added only once a request is approved. You can cancel Nameak Pro at any time; cancelling stops future credit grants. For billing questions, contact info@prismaticsdigital.com.

• “No registration found” means the registry returned no record at the time of the check. It does not guarantee a domain can be registered or what it costs.
• Nameak does not perform trademark clearance. Trademark links support preliminary research only and are not legal advice. Consult a qualified trademark attorney before adopting a name.
• Generated names may resemble existing names or marks. You are responsible for deciding whether to use a name.

Don’t use automated tools to make requests, attempt to get around usage limits or credit charges, or interfere with the service or the registries it queries. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided as is. Domain registries and other third-party services can be slow or unavailable, and lookups can fail; failed lookups are not charged. We may change these terms or the service and will update the date above when we do. For questions, contact info@prismaticsdigital.com.
